Refund Policy
We bill by milestone, which keeps refund questions rare. Here's how it works.

1. Milestone billing
Projects are split into stages with a demoable deliverable at the end of each. You pay per completed milestone, so you're never far ahead of the work. The first data-review stage is typically free — if we conclude ML can't help you, you owe nothing.
2. If you're not satisfied
If a delivered milestone doesn't match what we agreed in writing, tell us within 14 days. We'll fix it at no charge, or if we can't, refund that milestone. What we can't refund is work that met the agreed spec but where priorities changed afterwards — though we'll always try to find a fair path in that situation.
3. Cancelling a project
Either side can end an engagement at a milestone boundary with written notice. You pay for completed milestones and keep everything delivered so far — code, documentation, and models. No cancellation fees, no penalties.
4. How to raise an issue
Email hello@smartgenhub.com with the project name and what went wrong. A person who actually worked on your project will reply, not a policy bot.
